Cette charmante Villa de 190 m2 habitable avec vue mer et montagne, située à la Saline les Bains vous séduira par ses beaux volumes, sa vue et sa tranquillité.
Sa piscine au sel en L aux dimensions surprenantes fera le bonheur des petits comme des grands de part ses différentes profondeurs.
Le jardin arboré, la varangue et les terrasses vous offriront de nombreux espaces de détente (Salon de jardin, transats…)
Une plancha pour vos grillades sera à votre disposition.
Cette villa est composée au rez-de-chaussée:
– Une grande pièce de vie composée d’une salle à manger, un vaste salon de 60 m2 avec une belle hauteur sous plafond donnant sur une varangue, une cuisine toute équipée ouverte sur le séjour.
– Toilette séparé
– Une suite parentale (Lit 160 X 200) avec sa belle terrasse vue mer et sa salle d’eau attenante

– Une chambre triple avec mezzanine (Lit 140 X 200) et à l’étage un lit 90 X 190 pour enfant.

Cette villa est située à 3 minutes des plus belles plages de l’Ile (Trou d’eau).
Une boulangerie se trouve à proximité.
Saint-Gilles-les-Bains se trouve à 10 minutes, vous y trouverez de nombreux commerces, un port balnéaire pour des balades en mer ou des plongée sous-marine, l’aquarium de la Réunion et de nombreux bars et restaurants.

Logement conforme aux photos mises sur le site. Hôtes accueillants, réactifs et disponibles. La villa est au calme, un peu sur les hauteurs, mais très proche de la plage de Trou d'Eau où l'on peut faire du snorkeling, et où l'on peut profiter de la plage en famille. L'endroit est très bien situé sur l'île, car proche de toutes les autres plages, de beaucoup de restaurants, d'activités. La piscine de la villa est très agréable, les chambres sont confortables et les climatiseurs rendent les nuits plus fraîches. Le logement est bien équipé. Nous recommandons cette agence pour leur sérieux et leur souhaitons bonne continuation. Nous n'avons eu aucune mauvaise surprise.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait, une villa parfaite, dotée d’une très grande piscine, qui est un luxe !
Nos interlocuteurs de l’agence ont été très pro et efficace

Nous avons passé un super séjour à la villa aloe vera
La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Le jardin et la piscine sont comme sur les photos superbes.
Alban et Lucie sont de bons conseils et très arrangeants
En résumé nous sommes enchantés par notre séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette l’agnosie maison.
Cela a commencé par l acceuil à la villa à 12h au lieu de 16/17h. Quel bonheur de descendre de l avion et d avoir la possibilité d accéder à la villa.
L accueil y a été extrêmement sympathique, l état des lieux a été rapide/ pro/efficace quand vous avez 11h d avion vous n attendez qu une seule chose c’est l efficacité.
L ensemble des indications ont été extrêmement importante.
Au cour du séjour lors de questions nos réponses ont été très rapides et adéquates.
Idem pour la fin de séjour.
Une seule remarque de nos enfants (30ans) d avoir deux lits de 1,60m minimum
