Cette charmante Villa de 190 m2 habitable avec vue mer et montagne, située à la Saline les Bains vous séduira par ses beaux volumes, sa vue et sa tranquillité.
Sa piscine au sel en L aux dimensions surprenantes fera le bonheur des petits comme des grands de part ses différentes profondeurs.
Le jardin arboré, la varangue et les terrasses vous offriront de nombreux espaces de détente (Salon de jardin, transats…)
Une plancha pour vos grillades sera à votre disposition.
Cette villa est composée au rez-de-chaussée:
– Une grande pièce de vie composée d’une salle à manger, un vaste salon de 60 m2 avec une belle hauteur sous plafond donnant sur une varangue, une cuisine toute équipée ouverte sur le séjour.
– Toilette séparé
– Une suite parentale (Lit 160 X 200) avec sa belle terrasse vue mer et sa salle d’eau attenante
– Une chambre double (Lit 160 X 200)
– Une chambre triple avec mezzanine (Lit 140 X 200) et à l’étage un lit 90 X 190 pour enfant.

A l’étage :
– une chambre spacieuse (lit 140 X 200) donnant sur une grande terrasse vue mer.
Toutes les chambres sont climatisées.
Cette villa est située à 3 minutes des plus belles plages de l’Ile (Trou d’eau).
Une boulangerie se trouve à proximité.
Saint-Gilles-les-Bains se trouve à 10 minutes, vous y trouverez de nombreux commerces, un port balnéaire pour des balades en mer ou des plongée sous-marine, l’aquarium de la Réunion et de nombreux bars et restaurants.

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances en famille dans la villa ALOE VERA de KAZ TROPICALE et l’expérience a été tout simplement extraordinaire. La villa était magnifique, parfaitement équipée et très propre, avec un cadre idyllique propice à la détente et au dépaysement. Tout était réuni pour passer des moments inoubliables en famille. L’accueil et le professionnalisme de l’équipe ont également été irréprochables, toujours disponibles et attentionnés. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés et où nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Séjour au top dans une villa magnifique, parfaitement adaptée pour notre groupe de 9 ! Emplacement idéal, tout était nickel. Un grand merci à Aline pour son accueil et sa flexibilité — elle a même accepté qu’on parte un peu plus tard. On recommande les yeux fermés ! 🌟

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille dans la villa Aloe Vera. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée, nous étions 9 et on ne se marchait pas dessus. L’extérieur est très bien entretenu avec une immense piscine où les enfant peuvent jouer et une terrasse très agréable.
L’agence est réactive et arrangeante. Merci.

Excellent accueil, disponibilité. La villa est spacieuse et très bien agencée. Située proche des plages où la baignade est autorisée . Excellent séjour sur cette île magnifique.

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines à 8 adultes au sein de la villa.
La maison est parfaite, très propre et très bien équipée.
Le cadre est incroyable avec un jardin très bien entretenu et une grande piscine.
La localisation est très bien, dans un quartier calme, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et proche des commodités en voiture.
Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Nous avons réservé la villa Aloe Vera du 25 aout au 6 septembre 2024, et nous sommes ravis d'avoir choisi cette villa et l'agence Kaz Tropicale,
Le contact avec Lucie était parfait, j'ai toujours eu des réponses très rapides et complètes à mes questions,
La villa correspondait parfaitement aux photos sur le site, nous n'avons pas eu de mauvaises surprises, jardin et piscine bien entretenus, extérieur très agréable,
De plus elle est idéalement située, à proximité de belles plages, certaines proches de restaurants pieds dans le sable, et proches de St Gilles et de Saint Paul.
Je recommande la villa et l'agence,
